Educational Qualification: (As on 01.05.2023)

i. A Graduate from a recognized university. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria. The university should be recognized / approved by Government; Government Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC etc. ii. The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheets (year/semester wise or consolidated) and Degree/ Provisional Degree Certificate issued by the University showing that he/ she is a graduate as on May 01, 2023 before registration. The date mentioned on the final year/ semester mark-sheet or Degree/ Provisional degree certificate issued by University will be reckoned as the date of passing the graduation. In case the result of a particular examination is posted on the website of the University and web based certificate is issued then proper document/certificate in original issued and signed by the appropriate authority of the University indicating the date of passing properly mentioned thereon will be reckoned for verification and further process. Candidates must therefore possess proper mark sheets and certificates before registering.

Age Limit: (As on 01.05.2023)

1. Executive – Minimum: 20 years Maximum: 25 years The candidate must have been born not earlier than May 2, 1998 and not later than May 1, 2003 (both dates inclusive)

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Emoluments, Career Prospects and Service Conditions:

The appointment of Executive will be p u r e l y on contractual basis. The contract would be initially for a period of 1 year and may be reviewed for extension on year-to-year basis for a further period of 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance, completion of assigned mandatory e-certifications, availability of vacancies at the relevant point of time and any other criteria. On successful completion of a period of 3 years of contractual service, such appointees shall become eligible for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A) in the Bank through a selection process that would be conducted by the Bank. Appointment as Grade A will be as per the prevailing policy of the Bank and availability of vacancy at the relevant point of time. As on the date of this advertisement the Executive will be paid a lump sum/fixed remuneration as given below:

Consolidated remuneration:

Rs.29,000/- per month in the first year,

Rs.31,000/- per month in the second year and

Rs.34,000/- per month in the third year of service.

IDBI Bank may follow the following process to select the candidates.

1. Online Test (OT)

2. Document Verification (DV) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT)

The OT would be held at the following centers (indicative list) i.e. Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bhopal, Bengaluru, Belgaum, Bhubaneswar, Coimbatore, Chennai, Chandigarh, Delhi- NCR, Guwahati, Gwalior, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Kochi, Lucknow, Madurai, Mangalore, Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Greater Mumbai/Thane, Nagpur, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Rajkot, Ranchi, Thiruvananthapuram, Vijayawada, Vishakhapatnam, etc. (refer to Annexure II).

Application Fee/Exam Fee for IDBI Bank Executive:

(a) Payment is to be made only in Online mode as follows –- Rs.200/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates ( Only Intimation Charges)- Rs.1000/- for all other candidates (Application Fees and Intimation Charges)(b) Bank Transaction charges / convenience charges or any other charges applicable for Online Payment of Application fees/Intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate.
