Thoothukudi District Hub for Empowerment of Women (DHEW) will have a specialized team of
upto 8 persons depending on population/ geographical area of the district. The activities
under HEW will be implemented upto the Gram Panchayat level facilitated through
district level Hubs, which will serve as the focal points.
